But nowadays, it’s not just about circling the neighborhood; businesses and organizations are putting on incredible displays you must see to believe! Visit one of these incredible events to see the most spectacular Christmas lights in Houston

6 Places to Spot Christmas Lights in Houston for Cozy, Beautiful Evenings

The Light Park Katy

The Light Park is one of the most epic ways to celebrate the Christmas season. You just have to purchase a ticket (one ticket per vehicle!) and drive your way through their incredible light show. Make your way through hoops, tunnels, and displays of millions of colorful lights coordinated with festive holiday music that will have everyone in the car dancing. Additionally, bring your pet along for the ride, and if you get hungry, stay satisfied with some of their food and beverage offerings! 

Magical Winter Lights

The Magical Winter Lights Festival is an incredible spectacle with millions of dazzling Christmas lights. This event is a full winter wonderland with thousands of intricately designed lanterns in various shapes, themes, and sizes. Beautiful lights and entertainment will constantly surround you. You can also enjoy their fabulous carnival with classic rides, treats, and so much more for an additional entry fee. Be sure to stop and roast a s’more over a fire pit with your loved ones or grab a cup of hot cocoa to keep warm as you stroll.

Houston Zoo

The Houston Zoo may be home to hundreds of unique animals you can visit and observe during the day, but at night during the holidays, you’ll want to visit for their Zoo Lights event!
